Layer Cage Project Overview
Wamba Farming Equipment launched the this project in 2018 with the design and planning phase to ensure that the structural metrics will be conducive for the environmental changes in the area in order to create optimal ventilation, to manage and secure the sustainability of the Layers.
After the conclusion of the structure, the measurements were done to the last millimeter to ensure the optimization of the equipment layout. Installation was initiated with the Manure System as a starting point followed by the Cage System and ended with the Egg Collection System.
The Hopper Feeding System was installed and calibrated to secure feed delivery that will be efficient to the birds. The Nipple Drinking System was installed and flushed to get rid of all partials to eliminate any leaks. The water pressure was set via the regulators for each tier and tested to have 100% water availability that is clean and constant.
Our Engineer ensured that all sensors are placed and installed to deliver the correct message to the controller to automize the system in delivering feed and optimization in ventilation control.
