The CU system is primarily designed for farrowing houses and is typically mounted on top of each farrowing pen. Generally, one CU is adequate for managing 10-20 farrowing pens, which can accommodate up to 12-15 piglets per pen.
The system is especially useful for providing additional care to weak and sick piglets or in situations where there are insufficient nipples for feeding due to a large number of piglets.
The CU system features a plastic-coated slat, two sets of heating lamps, an Eco Nipple System, a Milk Feeder, a Piglet Feed Through, and an Adjustable Ventilation System, all of which are carefully integrated to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for the piglets’ growth and development.
